To ensure that your order arrives on time, we recommend ordering early. During the Christmas season, delays may occur due to the high volume of orders. Within Germany, standard shipping usually takes 1–3 business days, but you should allow for a few extra days, especially in December. You can also find information on our website about the last order dates for punctual Christmas deliveries.
Of course, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal if a product does not meet your expectations. You can return the products to us within this period, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Upon receipt of the return, we will refund the purchase amount.
