How it works !
1. Add a Personal Message 💌
Make your 3D wooden puzzle greeting card truly personal with a heartfelt message. Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, wedding, Christmas, or simply a little surprise for someone special, your words make the gift even more meaningful.
Or we love to do it for you. You can write your own message when ordering, and we’ll carefully print it directly on the greeting card for you. No handwriting required — just share your words with us, and we’ll take care of the rest.
2. Discover the wooden puzzle 🌳
Inside your greeting card, you’ll discover a beautifully designed A6 wooden puzzle sheet, ready to transform into a charming 3D creation.
The wooden sheet is only 1 mm thick, with every puzzle piece precisely laser-cut and carefully held in place by tiny tabs. Simply pop out the pieces and get ready to bring your little wooden masterpiece to life.
It’s a greeting card, a puzzle, and a creative experience — all in one unique gift.
3. Assemble with joy 🥰
Now comes the fun part! Carefully pop out each wooden puzzle piece and follow the easy assembly instructions printed on the back of the card. No special tools are needed — just a little patience and the joy of creating something with your own hands.
Want to see how it works before you start? We’ve created assembly videos for our 3D wooden puzzle cards, so you can easily follow along and watch your chosen design come to life.
4. Keep the Memory Forever ✨
And when the puzzle is finished, the greeting card becomes more than just a card — it becomes a little keepsake to treasure.
Display your finished 3D wooden puzzle on a shelf, desk, bedside table, or anywhere you’d like to add a special touch. It makes a charming decoration and a lasting reminder of the person and moment it was created for.
From a thoughtful greeting to a beautiful little piece of décor, your 3D wooden puzzle greeting card is a gift that can be enjoyed, displayed, and remembered long after the special occasion.

About formes Berlin
We at formes Berlin produce postcards and greeting cards made of high quality materials and with the latest laser techniques. We try to create products that stand out from others, break new ground and reinterpret existing ones. That's why we find postcards for the fridge too bad and therefore we let them be three-dimensional. From the surface in to space is one of the design themes that can be found in almost all our designs. From concept and design to distribution, the production is mainly in our headquarters in Berlin.
An essential part of our philosophy is the responsible use of the environment and society. Among other things, if it is possible, we use recycled or at least certified materials for our products and for our film packaging, only bioplastics (PLA).
Formes Berlin is a family business of Nick Rübesamen and Henrike Mayer since 2009.
When selecting our materials, we place the highest demands on resource-saving production and exceptional quality: the cedar veneer of our wooden cards is as thin as paper.
Our handmade paper, made from textile scraps, is produced by hand and in an environmentally friendly manner. All Italian papers and paper inserts are sustainably produced or made from recycled materials. We use bags made from bioplastic (PLA) for all packaged products.
Our entire range is produced in Germany. The heart of our production takes place in our workshop in a historic factory complex in Berlin-Kreuzberg. If we need help with assembly or other production steps, we cooperate with workshops for people with disabilities.
Individually customizable products
We design, print, and laser engrave your desired motif. We are happy to produce small batches tailored specifically to your requirements. Whether for special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, christenings, corporate events, or simply for promotional purposes—a beautiful card is always a good idea.
