Shipping within Germany starts at €2.60 for orders up to 0.5 kg. Orders over €30 qualify for free standard shipping for private customers.

Your cards are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Where applicable, we use BioPlastic (PLA) packaging — an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional plastic.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information automatically via email to your billing address email.

We ship via DHL within Germany and for international deliveries.

Absolutely! This is one of our most popular services. When ordering a personalized card, simply enter your own address as the billing address and the recipient's address as the delivery address. We'll handle printing and send the card directly to them.
