About formes Berlin
We at formes Berlin produce postcards and greeting cards made of high quality materials and with the latest laser techniques. We try to create products that stand out from others, break new ground and reinterpret existing ones. That's why we find postcards for the fridge too bad and therefore we let them be three-dimensional. From the surface in to space is one of the design themes that can be found in almost all our designs. From concept and design to distribution, the production is mainly in our headquarters in Berlin.
An essential part of our philosophy is the responsible use of the environment and society. Among other things, if it is possible, we use recycled or at least certified materials for our products and for our film packaging, only bioplastics (PLA). furthermore we use pure green electricity in our entire company and handle our inner-city delivery traffic with our eCargobike CO2 neutral.
Formes Berlin is a family business of Nick Rübesamen and Henrike Mayer since 2009.
Sylvi Uhlmann supports us in layout and design.
When selecting our materials, we place the highest demands on resource-saving production and exceptional quality: the cedar veneer of our wooden cards is as thin as paper.
Our handmade paper, made from textile scraps, is produced by hand and in an environmentally friendly manner. All Italian papers and paper inserts are sustainably produced or made from recycled materials. We use bags made from bioplastic (PLA) for all packaged products.
Our entire range is produced in Germany. The heart of our production takes place in our workshop in a historic factory complex in Berlin-Kreuzberg. If we need help with assembly or other production steps, we cooperate with workshops for people with disabilities.
Individually customizable products
We design, print, and laser engrave your desired motif. We are happy to produce small batches tailored specifically to your requirements. Whether for special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, christenings, corporate events, or simply for promotional purposes—a beautiful card is always a good idea.
